I've had the privilege of listening to him for 30 years. His ability to create atmosphere is pure mastery.

For those who are wondering, Dj Krush (Ishi Hideaki) is no human .. Is an ancient spirit expressing itself ..

This guy is a sound designer, an audio sculptor, a true composer. Such instinct. Mind blowing.

There will be people born a long time after you're gone who will still grow up and find themselves listening to your music.

The respect he shows at the very beginning is humbling. I was curious as to how a DJ set could reflect Zen and not seem out of place inside a temple....happy to have witnessed it.

I first saw him in 95-96 at Smartbar in chicago, and he still brings the technique like no other DJ. A true turntablist, a master of his craft, and a major innovator in hiphop soundscapes since it was originally called triphop. Krush Kun will always be in my upper pantheon of beatmakers and Dj performers.

His approach to sound is a genre of its own. He must be studied in music schools. And he still uses this model of Vestax mixer. We are blessed to live in his time.
