I got back into playing 1v1 thanks to endstep and it feels SO GREAT to play against people that don't cry and moan after every removal or counterspell and are actually ok with both players doing mean stuff to each other. I had a guy compliment me on my hollow one deck after I hit him for 10 on turn 2

Game 1 is why I play magic. The amazing dark ritual turn, the oath combo comeback, and the super close game that comes down to 2 life and 2 cards in the library.

If there isnt it fizzle. If you put the ability on the stack, it will check again before resolving, and if the clause is not true ability has no effect
