Muscle Bomber Duo didn&apos;t add new characters as much as it made the bosses fully playable and Blazing Tornado&apos;s Saturn port changed the grappling system to be timing based, adding a tie-up animation and everything

  I love WrestleMania Arcade so much, I&apos;ve run a few charity brackets for it at online fighting game events and it&apos;s just a blast to see at higher levels. There&apos;s even a dedicated scene for the game in Russia as an offshoot of their competitive Mortal Kombat community

  I became a complete master of Mat Mania in my local arcade, back in the 80s. All hail the running shoulder tackle, that can basically stunlock anyone after the first fall. Such great memories, thanks for the great video.

  Mat Mania - the first game I ever remember playing. I can still recall getting 10p coins from my mum to pump into the arcade machine for the first time. My video game journey started here!

Surprised that &quot;Mutant Fighter&quot; itself didn&apos;t get a showing here, tbh, but overall a good vid nonetheless 👍

  I turned 19 years old in 1988 and my best friend and I would spend entire summer days at our local arcade in the mall playing Main Event- taking one-at-a-time breaks for lunch, the restroom, or taking turns to step outside and smoke a cigarette. Although my buddy Ron was better at submissions with &apos;Giant Panther&apos; (he could &apos;rapid-smash&apos; buttons faster than I could, ala&apos; &apos;Track and Field&apos;), while I was perfectly comfortable holding my own with El Conquistador&apos; (masked wrestler with a &apos;Figure 4&apos; finisher) while taking my opponent outside of the ring and timing my Irish whip just right so he&apos;d hit the opposite guardrail and collapse while I scampered to the ring for an easy count-out victory. We&apos;d leave when the arcade closed with a few hundred title defenses under our belts. One of very few games I&apos;ve ever played where a single quarter was all I needed to entertain myself for the day. Thanks for the memory!

  I have great memories of WrestleFest! Back in 1991 WWF wrestling suddenly became hugely popular in the UK, and then the WrestleFest arcade game shows up in my Uncle&apos;s takeaway that summer. Good times!

  Silly little thing: SNK&apos;s games were advertised in megaBITS not megaBYTES. 8 Mb (Megabits) = 1MB (Megabyte). Therefore 3 Count Bout is 13 Megabytes of game.

  A little side note about Mania Challenge. While Taito might have released it in the arcade elsewhere, &nbsp;here in the US it was distributed by a company called Memetron. I don&apos;t know if any other games were released by them however.
