Glad LeRoi Moore was also inducted. He was an important part of the DMB sound.

The greatest feeling I can have as a human being is the feeling of listening to their music. It does so many different things for me. One of the greatest things to have ever happened to me is to find their music. It’s Changed me in how I look at life in so many ways. Simply put, they are the greatest band I have ever heard. I’m lucky to be alive at the same time they are. Their music will resonate forever. ❤

I've been following DMB for 30+ years from state to state. 54 shows. FULL body chills that they are in the Hall of Fame - about time! Just wish Roi and Boyd could have been there in person.

Dave has one of those iconic voices you will never forget. It’s right there with Waylon Jennings and Eddie Vedder.

I've been following them since 1994 during my freshman year at college and students were passing around bootlegs of this guy Dave Matthews nobody really knew.  It was bootlegs of frat parties where he was getting his music out.  We were like, "who is this guy?  He's really good."  It's fun to look back at that and say, yeah I was there in the beginning and yes, I was instantly hooked.

When I was in college, one of my roommates was a Dave Matthews Band fanatic. He introduced me to them. After I moved out to a new city and a new school, I was walking along outside crossing the street and I saw a CD without a case faced down on the ground. I picked it up and it was a Dave Matthews CD. That was my first Dave Matthews CD. That CD became one of my favorite CDs. I use that CD when I was drawing to inspire me. A big cheers to the Band! Thank you for the inspiring music!!!

With Dave's range and wild singing variety, the fact that his voice can still get to the notes in older songs is super impressive to me.
