Actually went there 2023 with my history class from germany. We stayed for 8 days, it was probably the best and most fun trip I ever had. Cool to see it all again on your video!

Those underground places have been reused by people living in that island. Hence locked. Probably owned these days by local companies for storage and such usage. That has happened at least in my country old military underground bases being bought by local people and then reused for what ever their reasons.
