  This video for me is so true for the way I grew up, at 25 years old, I bought a used 1984 GPZ 900 NINJA, then a '98 Yamaha R-1, next was '03 Suzuki GSX R750, in 2005 I then bought a new '05 Suzuki GSXR 1000. I am 65 years old and not quitting, I currently own a 2023 Kawasaki Z h2 ECU tuned to 225 rear wheel Hp. All my years of riding sport bikes has taught me to respect that throttle and never expect you have the right of way while riding a motorcycle.

  I was there!!! Built a KZ1000 from the ground up for roadracing, when that Ninja 900 first came out. I'm 62 now and ride a FJR1300. It does 0-60 in 2.8 and tops out at 155mph. Still out there living in the Central Rockies of Colorado with the best twisty roads in the USA right outside my front door 🏍⚡️💨

  Had an 86’ VFR 750 back in the day. Loved that thing. The GSX-R may have been lighter, but it couldn’t match the sound of the Interceptor. Glorious!

  Yes, this video kind of nails it. The GPz900 was the gamechanger. Nothing before it had the handling to match its power. I was riding an old z750 at the time. My friend bought the GPz, I jumped on the back and he nailed it to 150mph. I'd never experienced that kind of performance. But what really impressed me was how just rock solid steady it was. It was the start of a whole new era.

  All my generation started on low capacity bikes and worked rheir way up. Typical journey was 50, 250, 400, 650, 750, 1000.....<br>My route was 50, 80, 250, 650, 750, 1100....snd many more since

  First bike was a Honda CB250N &apos;cos I couldn&apos;t afford to buy or insure a Gpz900r.<br>However, I restored one this year and now I&apos;m the coolest (or so I imagine) 63 year old <br>riding on my Ninja!

  I lived that whole video too.......Started riding in1984 on a1984 Interceptor 1000 and through 42 years and 16 different bikes am now on a Kawasaki H2 SX. (A mind blowing evolution)

  Late 80&apos;s I was running a stock FZ600 against more powerful CBR and Ninja 600&apos;s at Willow Springs but, The FZ being a 600 in a 400 chassis made up the difference in handling. &nbsp;The GSX-R 750 and 1100 were definitely game changers and basically race bikes in street clothing.

  I had. Suzuki GS550ES as my first bike; it was 1987. &nbsp;I loved that bike but only had it 8 months. &nbsp;It was totaled as I went through an intersection and another driver turned left on me. &nbsp;I’ve had two bikes since and placed motorcycle safety through classes and training as a priority. &nbsp;Today I ride a Suzuki GSXS-1000F and loving every minute of it!!!
