Discover why HR KPIs are not just a reporting tool by Bartosz Guzowski and Magdalena Filipek

If you don't measure it, you can't manage it — start today. 📊 This is a recording of our webinar conducted by Bartosz Guzowski and Magdalena Filipek bringing together HR professionals to tackle one critical question: which KPIs should you use to measure and manage HR effectively? Discover why HR KPIs are not just a reporting tool — they are the key to managing HR efficiently AND shifting the narrative that HR is merely a cost centre. It's time to prove the real business value of HR. 💡 🔑 Key KPIs covered in this webinar: 💰 1. Cost Reduction KPIs Cost per Hire — Digitalized recruitment (ATS) reduces cost per hire by 30–50%. The business case is simple: "We currently spend X on every hire — with automation, we target Y." HR Administration Cost per Employee — Automating payroll, onboarding and reporting typically cuts admin costs by 40–60%. Payroll Processing Cost — Manual vs. automated payroll cost per payslip. Industry benchmark: automated payroll is 3–5x cheaper per transaction. Paper & Printing Cost Elimination — Moving to digital documents and e-signatures delivers immediate, easy-to-quantify savings. ⚙️ 2. Productivity & Efficiency KPIs Time to Hire — Reduced by 20–40% with ATS and digital screening tools. Time Spent on Administrative Tasks — HR teams typically spend 60–70% of their time on admin. Digitalization targets bringing this below 30% — freeing HR to focus on what truly matters: strategy and people. HR-to-Employee Ratio — Industry benchmark: 1 HR FTE per 100 employees. Digitalization enables ratios of 1:150 or better — a direct and measurable headcount cost saving. Onboarding Time to Productivity — Digital onboarding reduces time to full productivity by 30–50%, with a direct impact on revenue generation. 👥 3. People & Retention KPIs Employee Turnover Rate & Cost — Replacing one employee costs 50–200% of their annual salary. Better HR tools drive engagement — and engagement drives retention. Absenteeism Rate — Digitalized absence tracking and wellbeing tools measurably reduce absenteeism. Every 1% reduction translates into tangible cost savings. Employee Satisfaction (eNPS) — Digital self-service tools improve the employee experience. A higher eNPS correlates directly with lower attrition — and lower attrition means lower costs. The bottom line? HR KPIs are not a nice-to-have — they are the language of the C-suite. Master them, and you transform HR from a cost centre into a strategic business partner. 🚀 Visit hrtmanagers for further HR transformation & Outsourcing insights www.hrtmanagers.com LinkedIn: hrtmanagers LinkedIn: bartoszguzowski #payroll #hr #hroutsourcing #globalpayroll #hrtransformation
