He is one of those comedians whose full use of the English language is refreshing

Simon Evans, one of the best GB comedians, his material is hilarious, most of the time it’s true life observations, with an impish grin, I’d never heard of him 5 years ago. Well done Simon again.

This guy is definitely underrated. Why don't people who are depressed watch stuff like this they won't be depressed anymore, lol 😂 ❤from teesside 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

I saw Simon Evans inc. 2003 and he said, "For those of you struggling to place my accent... It's educated." Genius then, genius now (well, in 2013)

Love this dude. He's always absolute quality jokes. Just watching it in 2025 (12 years later) and have just seen myself in the audience 😂 couldn't even remember I was there

I remember seeing him at the comedy club in Manchester yrs ago and the crowd just not getting his posh sense of humour. There were a good few cat calls but he soon won them over and ended with a standing ovation 👏🏻

These sets were great. Intelligent comedian working an intelligent audience, so the vibe is perfect. Simon couldn’t rant as deeply on Live at the Apollo because it was sanitised for a broader, and frankly thicker, audience. This material is great because he had the freedom and time to develop an idea without dumbing it down.
