  What Destinee fails to realize is, they are not legally required to provide a female officer to search her. One MAY be called as a courtesy, but she has shown not an ounce of cooperation, so they obviously are not inclined to do so.<br>For a pat down, they don&apos;t have to be male or female for your identified gender, so long as they announce that they are using the back of their hand.
