  Tip:<br>• if you use iPhone &amp; you know you will fall asleep while watching a video, go onto clock &gt; onto timer &gt; &nbsp;put the amount of time you think it will take for you to sleep ( eg. 1hr) &amp; then when you go to select the sound, scroll right to the bottom and press stop playing, save it and then start the timer and come back to the video &lt;3<br>• If you use Android idk if it has the clock thing but if you go onto the video and press the settings button on the top right and then &gt; more and then &gt; sleep timer, you can select how long you want it on for and then YouTube will stop playing the video at that time but if you want your phone to turn off, on your phone settings on display turn on the auto lock thing that turns off your phone after a selected time off not using it. <br> Now your phone will turn off automatically so it’s not running all night if you fall asleep while watching a video :3

  I did an experiment and took my blood pressure before this video 123/78 and after the video 102/66 😮 thanks for calming me down into relaxing mode. Ting Ting is the best. ❤
