Spent 48 years there. It was a much better place in the 60s. The art galleries are great. Weekends there leave no room to walk on Las Olas. Very different if you work and live there. The Riverside Hotel used to be 3-4 floors and has been on Las Olas for about 60 years or longer. The Floridian Restaurant is probably the oldest but it used to be located much further east Used to be a hangout for many government workers and politicians. I moved to a popular tourist town in South America in 2012. Much better life in South America. No stress.
