Hello, greetings from Berlin (Germany) to Manhattan.
Get used to these low prices, and congratulations on ALDI now being open at this location as well.

Prices are pretty much the same everywhere in Germany, too.
Whether in the capital, in major cities like Dortmund and Frankfurt/ Main, or even in small towns in Hesse or Saxony. (German states are comparable to U.S. states like Maine, Florida, Texas, etc.)

Every week, ALDI in Germany has especially low-priced deals. Things like butter, meat, or drinks in XXL sizes at an extremely good price. Prices are always low. In food inspections and tests, ALDI consistently ranks very highly—usually in the top three spots. In Germany, we have ALDI Süd and ALDI Nord, since the two brothers divided the country in half when they founded the company. By the way, the ALDI in Manhattan is an Aldi Süd (South)

Aldi Nord (North) called Trader Joe's in USA

I remember grown up in the 70's, where my mother with two kids had to go to ALDI to survive - nothing was cheaper (+ I am thankful); we just added some groceries from the market, but still 80% we spend in the ALDI-stores (here in Berlin, Germany).

I gotta say, that is the most plentiful and neatly stocked Aldi I’ve seen! Makes sense if it’s a new store, it’d be nice if it stayed that way.
