  I'm a old hobo 😂 starting in 1981😮 I traveled from seasonal jobs. Labor ready, day job's, farms, picked fruits, vegetables, . And did a lot of fishing 😂 it was a lot different years ago. I'm retired now 😊 still travel, not as much 😊 still live in a RV . A 1976 RV 😊 I learned a lot of different skills over the years 😊 not much I can't do, as far as repairs, 😊 I won't trade my life for nothing 😊 I have traveled every way one probably could 😊 hitch hiking, freight train, bicycle, Gray hound, car, van's and RVs. The best part was the people I met😊 peace and love people don't forget about Jesus 😊

  what I appreciate in this video is how you finally say the quiet part out loud: van life isn’t magic, it’s math — and the equation changes depending on the person. the way you break down retirees, remote workers, seasonal workers, and the “needing less, not earning more” strategy is the first time I’ve seen someone explain the real picture without selling a fantasy. it’s honest, practical, and strangely comforting. you make van life feel less like an escape and more like a choice that can actually fit a real life.

  Slow travel is a great concept. I&apos;ve always thought you needed several weeks in a place to really get a feel for it. Great video, Kristi.

  Thanks for the video. Retired in July of 2020. Had heard of the &apos;RV lifestyle&apos; several years before retirement. &nbsp;Started with a truck and truck camper. Had some maintenance issues and jumped into a Travato in May of &apos;21. In Sept of &apos;23 swapped out to a Winnebago Adventure Wagon. &nbsp;So many ways to do this...... Just have to find out what is comfortable for you. Vids like this help.

  Great video! &nbsp;I&apos;ve been in my van for 3 years and still working a full time brick and mortar job. &nbsp;I love it and choose to do it for several different reasons. &nbsp;Thanks for sharing!
