I like Tom (american) telling Emily (Brit) don't forget to unhook the "caravan" and then she says she forgot to unhook the "trailer", I wonder if that was script or fun jabs at the different names used for the same item in each other's countries.

I made my friend go see this on the big screen, poor guy...
I picked him up right after his 12hr shift and he kept falling asleep in the cinema, after the movie, he told me he thought he was tripping balls because he kept waking up for a bit and the same scene kept playing (Cruise waking up at the base).

Best Bill Paxton performance ever IMO. He was usually slightly over-the-top in his comedic/semi-comedic roles, but in this one he really nailed the balance between serious and comedic. He’s really good in Frailty as well.

She knew she lost the power when she was no longer having the visions after the transfusion.

"Remember, there's no courage without fear". Great line!
But also remember - fear is the mind killer!

RIP COCONUT PETE! His accent cracks me up in this one.

I think it was a good refresher course of Tom Cruise to play a coward for once and of course eventually became a battle hardened bad ass, with a signature running scene 😑

33:19 It is very common to do it on a farm, or industrial setting (like UPS), where you have a secured property and it would be a huge PIA to constantly find the right key for each vehicle.

I thought the same about how she knew she lost the power. I could only think that maybe she died and had to be resuscitates and the day hadn't reset
