  The sad thing is, you can tell Ren cares about his fans because the only time he got choked up is when he talks about how the people that connected with the song are now losing out from this.

  Sells a stolen sample, files false copyright strikes, tries to manipulate and extort an artist, turns down an opportunity to work with a #1 artist. My guy really has no business sense.

  I was actually the person who was having the conversation with Kujos gf on Reddit. I dunno about the US but in the UK the usual rule of thumb in the creative industries is that any contracts agreed after the initial copyright violation which has later been discovered are void. Thats because they were agreed on the principle that everything was above board when it wasn&apos;t. So in this regard Kujo would have no grounds to claim any sort of contract breach because he sold a stolen sample in the 1st place. The copyright infringement was on him. He violated copyright law and Beatstars T&amp;Cs which do state producers should not be uploading stolen samples. Therefore any contract Kujo and Ren had under the principle that the music was cleared was void right away after Kujo sold work that wasn&apos;t his. So by this logic Ren couldn&apos;t possibly be in breach of contract because any contract he had with Kujo was already voided by Kujos violation.

  Issuing a false copyright strike should have stiffer penalties. &nbsp;This is a contract dispute, not copyright.

  Update for everyone, the video is actually back up on YouTube, YouTube themselves got involved and saw that it was a false copyright claim so the video got put back up

  It is so very clear that Kujo got greedy and used YTs broken copyright strike system to blackmail him. He saw a cash cow, and his greed has ruined an incredible opportunity.

  Anyone that&apos;s heard Ren speak, his story, his songs......and then think Ren is the one that ripped someone off.... &nbsp;They need THEIR head checked. &nbsp; This dude is one of the most wholesome people I&apos;ve ever seen and every story of someone working with him or meeting him will confirm that.
