The last part about the eulogies in <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTCMPedUSWU&t=1139">18:59</a>, you can tell Conan was thinking about his parents who passed away recently. He's a real class act and a professional to focus on the Oscars and everything else while he's also privately dealing with his own losses.
