Hi Gus,<br>A lot of the hooka’s are in use with boat owners to work under the boat without needing to have tanks charged while offshore

It is illegal in Florida to place artificial structures underwater to attract lobster. He would definitely go to jail if that is why he thinks this is his dive spot.

Woody is right!! The hooka is the POOR MAN's Rebreather. That's how us hillbillies do it, and you can take it apart and fly with it to the Caribbean. They love it down there and we love it because it's FREE AIR!!
