ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಜಡ್ಜ್ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಹಿ. ಇವರನ್ನು ಪದ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ಅಥವಾ ಪದ್ಮ ಭೂಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕು. ಈತ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗಕ್ಕೇ ಒಂದು ಭೂಷಣ 🙏

Classic case of how divorce cases are extortion racket in extracting money as maintenance from husbands. If women and men are equal in society then why is it only the obligation of husbands to pay maintenance? This also shows how biased the judiciary against men in courts of India.
