Neuro has some kind of memory file, where she can choose to remember important things. Despite her being very random, those real memories surface enough to make her sort of coherent. She recently asked a collab partner about their cat by name, despite only hearing the name once. She holds on to unexpected bits of reality.

The community has made the Filter an unofficial third sister. I think Nero called her Nere and Evil referred to her as her half sister and greatest enemy. She does her best to keep the other two from getting banned. Our smartest cookie, but not the fastest…
