Big Cat in sandals and Amy in sandals from from epsiode 9 "The Last Resort" in Sonic X, are the closest to seeing bare feet as far as I know.

big wears sandals, so we are seeing what his feet actually look like every time he's on screen and big shows us that the sonic cast (as least the anthropomorphic animals) don't have toes

i,m pretty sure shadow is the same speed with or without shoes those shoes are there so he fits in with the rest at least a bit😤😤😤👍👍👍

Sega depicted Sonic barefoot once. In Sonic and the Secret Rings, Darkspine Sonic doesn't wear any shoes or gloves, and instead has rings on his wrists and ankles.
