I like GR's property with the road noise - the traffic should drown out GR noise. Rock seems to epitomise wealth but no class.

Whilst l hate how the area around Rock has become the new Sandbanks, hats off to JB Estates for getting gullible celebrities to pay well over the odds for property, they must be laughing all the way to the bank. I seriously wonder what planning restrictions are in place if any.

I would not thank you for living in this environment, even the sea does not make up for the building eyesores, destruction of character and overcrowding of the coastline.

It is the same in Australia, old homes are lovely here and there are objections to developers and land owners to demolish lovely homes and build monstrosities, that are not in keeping. Luckily there are objections and only a few get through. There are a lot of heritage listed buildings that can't be touched, happy about that.

Andrew and Sarah, you never fail to entertain and make me laugh. I’d be happy with a fraction of Gordon’s swear jar fund!!! 🤣

Blimey it's so noisy. It suppose to be relaxing going to the coast. 😮 Gordys house looks like it's not finished 😂

Such a shame that such a beautiful place and area has been absolutely destroyed by horrible, rich parasites like Ramsey and co!
As a proud Cornishman, it breaks my heart seeing OUR stunning Cornwall being killed by the vile scumbags.

I remember that old 1920s house on Ramsay's house site and it was very attractive. He just demolished it. There was nothing structurally wrong with it! It is disgusting that people with money can get away with this in Cornwall's towns and villages.
His property is repulsive in my opinion, and I actually like a lot of modern architecture, especially Bauhaus influenced minimalism, but this is just an eye sore. I guess, like Ramsay himself, it is all about inside looking out.

I remember well holidays in the 1960s 70s over the estuary in Polzeath, before it became any where near as popular as it is now. Regular trips to Rock and the bakery were the highlights. Happy days, the likes of which we shall never see again.

That new Ramsey house will need extremely good sound proofing being so close to the road, cannot have the public walking past having to put up with all that swearing and shouting going on from inside 😂😂

How lovely to see the beautiful estuary, and some beautiful older buildings.
The new style like Gordon Ramsey's is, to my taste, horrid. And probably won't last.
His rudeness about the wonderful Cornish is appalling.
But, I thoroughly enjoyed the video. Thank you.

We are having the same problem here in the cotswolds with celebrities buying every thing they can and destroying all the caricature with highsecurty fencing with gards and no affordable housing for the young people people, they have the money to buy the councillors and planning department so .they get what they want like Earl bathurst
