  Anybody who thinks the Sloppy Joe has faded needs to have their head examined. They&apos;re served all over the country in cafeterias, booths at county &amp; state fairs, and family supper tables, along with tons of diners. I spent half a year developing my own recipe (think Manwich, only with the flavor turned up past 11 to 12), and it remains a favorite with <i>everyone</i> I&apos;ve served it to. If anything, America&apos;s love for this sandwich has only grown since its inception.

  I am 63 and still love sloppy joes and fried or not spam sandwiches, don&apos;t forget fried Bologna sandwiches to!😊😊😊😊

  Bro, aint no body forgot about fried spam or sloppy joe sandwhiches my guy. Spam is delicious.

  Sloppy Joes, fried Spam sandwiches, and pimento cheese sandwiches were weekly meals growing up. You can still find tongue at pretty much every Jewish deli today, and it&apos;s absolutely wonderful.

  Looking at old photos of diners, men were always drinking coffee with their sandwiches. I tried it, and now I always drink coffee with my sandwiches.

  My dad was a Vietnam vet and one of his favorite sandwiches was a potted meat sandwich he would get two slices of white bread put a little mayonnaise on it and he&apos;d either get the deviled ham one potted meat or he just get Vienna sausage potted meat or whatever it was the cans of basically potted meat and put a little on there and a leaf of lettuce and that was your sandwich he loved those dang things and you eat it with a pack of Fritos

  Monte Christo sandwiches ain&apos;t no joke. We stopped at Grandpa&apos;s Cheese Barn last year while passing through Ashland OH last summer, and their Monte Christo Panini was bonkersauce. From their FB page: &quot;Piled high with our famous OHIO Swiss, turkey, ham and finished off with a thin layer of our Raspberry Jalapeno Beer Jam&quot;. More calories than I would &nbsp;like to think about, but it was AMAZING!
