  Kong ignored Ghidorah&apos;s call, not Godzilla&apos;s. &nbsp;And the easy answer as to why is that Kong&apos;s also an alpha.

  Don&apos;t forget about &apos;Monarch: Legacy of Monsters&apos;. It&apos;s more grounded like the the first Godzilla movie, but has a spin on the show that adds more lore and makes it AMAZING.

Either his presence on the world or him passing near Skull Island, he inadvertently caused the disaster that nearly wiped out Skull Island
