  The expensive hotel is nice, but the loud music during dinner is pretty tacky. Wouldn’t appreciate that.

  The pricey hotel was amazing, but for that money I&apos;d be seriously annoyed about hearing the restaurant upstairs until 1am!

  They should have given you a free drink or dessert considering they messed up your booking and you ended up shoved in a corner without the view you&apos;d booked.

  I don&apos;t like that they mistreated you at the restaurant. I&apos;ll never understand the need for snobs or snubs. If they prefer not to have 1 person, they can state that rather than trying to humiliate someone for no reason. I have no plans to ever visit that particular establishment.

  I feel like if I ever visit Paris, the cheap hotel is enough for me. <br>Also that expensive hotel is honestly underwhelming for me, especially for that amount of money per night

  £3350 for a room with a disgusting, filthy nightstand and them not honouring your reservation? That&apos;s outrageous at that price point. Adding the Cheval Blanc to my list of hotels to avoid.

  I think that hotels, especially the higher-cost rooms, should have complimentary snacks and sodas. Just ADD IT TO THE ROOM COST so it feels like it&apos;s complimentary, and for a higher-level room, even the liquor should be complimentary. Just add it to the room fee!!!

  For the price you paid for the expensive hotel I would expect at least some of the mini bar to be included in the price, maybe the soft drinks and snacks. Even some of the cheaper alcohol, but to charge extra at that price of the room is just pure cheek.

  So, obviously the second hotel was better than the first, but absolutely not worth the cost in my opinion. I would probably try to find a 3 star hotel to get something in between.
