For example if you type in like strength 1 i’ll give you strength 2, and strength 0 is actually strength 1. Joonah typed in resistance 4, which means it’s level 5 and negates all damage.

Btw every resistance level is 20% damage block. So resistance 5 (or /effect give player resistance time 4, bc 4 in command gives 5 (0 is 1)) makes you take no damage no matter what.
