You have to understand the insanity that was this upload. I remember when it came out. He had never done anything like this before. He was just a popular variety game youtuber, old school style along with Jacksepticeye, done horror games and was a very chill funny dude. Then one day this video dropped, no precursor, no followup, no intro. Just an honest-to-God review of all the current Pokemon, smash or pass. Never explained himself, never needed to, but it was incredibly out of left field for sure and broke the internet.

Berry's like, "What?! No! That's a total smash!!" and it's just a straight up dog.

If Berry or anyone is unaware, this was the OG video that started up the trend. All vibes-based, no explanation, no consistent logic. Everyone else just did it after this blew up.

Pass on the weird little tentacle Pokemon in the corner that keeps giggling at me. I've read enough doujins to know to avoid this one.

“I’ve never seen a Markiplier video before”

That’s a phrase I seem to hear often, yet am always caught off guard hearing it

Edit: For the record, I’m saying this as someone who watched him for the last 10 years. No judgement to anyone who hasn’t watched his stuff if his content or him in general is not their thing.

I’ve learned Berry has three types: Big friendly guys, emo, and “white woman moment”

”For some reason Gardevoir is the most smashable to many”, she says as she is genuinely confused why someone would want to smash something humanoid when they could smash a dog instead

25:30 "Please smash my goat" is a WILD statement out of context.
