I had THE BIGGEST crush on Gillian Anderson back in the day when this was on TV. I never missed an episode.

The "G" in Gillian is soft. like a "J". It's "Jillian".

The phrase "Gillian not sexy enough" is so inaccurate. I love that Gillian got revenge when she was named sexiest woman in the world in 1996 by FHM men's magazine. I've heard that everyone (with the exception of Chris Carter) wanted a Pamela Anderson type for the role of Scully. The show wouldn't have had the success it did if it weren't for Chris Carter fighting for Gillian Anderson.

Does anyone have a story of a Fox executive not being their own worst enemy?

He played Mulder perfectly. To Mulder all this was boring. He was looking for his sister. He was investigating all these cases to get clues how to find her.

What used to be SciFi in the 90's, is now a documentary. More than a " prophecy " ... I'd say. Brilliant series. No match...ever !
