  Sri Lanka is a paradise for visitors, but this beautiful island also faces significant challenges, particularly in rural areas. This is our opportunity to create direct experiences for this generation, bridging the urban-rural gap to make a difference by offering equal opportunities, which have been a privilege for many of us.<br><br>Therefore, I am working with the Foundation of Goodness, which is already doing a tremendous job of supporting the local communities in the villages despite the tsunami and economic crisis.   Many people do not really understand the real problem here with the deer population, and my point of view in the video. Nobody, including me, is bothered about the fact that the animals and people live in harmony here. Deer are used to people, and their population increases rapidly because they lack natural predators.<br><br>My problem with the deer herd in Trincomalee is that they are eating trash and plastic. Plastic is the reason why these animals suffer from bloated stomachs and die due to consuming plastic from the garbage. My problem is that they are exposed to extreme heat, forced to live in the bus station, and lack access to fresh water, grasslands, or forests.<br><br>I hope this explains the situation a little more ...
