  I’ve always struggled with when a friendship starts to feel off or no longer feels like it’s serving me anymore I’m so quick to want to cut it off. It’s so beautiful to see the different types of dynamics you both have in your friendships and still allowing someone to serve something in your life and vice versa .

  Love this podcast. I can always relate to these topics, but its so authentic. It took me so long to understand that my kindness and ability to build sustainable relationships with others is so unique. Has become my secret sauce now the more I embrace it.

  Thank you both! This is exactly what I needed to hear right now! I especially appreciate the analogy of not picking the rose too early. I’ve had a few experiences where there were people I felt drawn to connect with, but when I actually had an opportunity to meet them, it didn’t feel right. I’ve sometimes wondered if that was just my wounding keeping me small or stuck, but when I tap in, I still know that my decision was right. Sometimes it’s hard to lean into that trust when the connection hasn’t happened yet, so this conversation was very helpful. Blessings to you both. ❤

  I really loved the bro drinking that big glass of what ever it was ... I know there&apos;s always a drink if something an I love the Cacau though this was a different energy an presense for some reason an I acknowledge that ... I feel more me I have been experiencing exactly the forcing part there are some magic flows I&apos;m on though I have had some I guess connections around woman an my inner wishes for affection so there&apos;s been a excitement of wanting too show up though I do believe yous are right about just staying in that patience an cosmic flow an in its right time it will happen if its meant too be an I have experienced the repel is its weird the power of being out of alignment ...
