omg i thought i was the only one struggling with manifesting 😩 i tried everything.. journaling, scripting, vision boards but nothing really shifted. then i heard about Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley on a podcast and gave it a shot and it literally cracked me open. things are flowing in a way they never did before.😭 if you’ve been stuck, it might just flip everything for you too 💖

As a person who suffered for most of her life with intensely painful menstruation, was diagnosed with endometriosis, was operated on for ovarian cysts, was unable to have children, menopause was both a BLESSING and a RELIEF. I never medicated myself with HRT. I changed my diet, I gave up alcohol, and I exercise. I am stronger than I've ever been, more self-assured, and so happy.

This is a convo that women need to have. We used to never hear the word menopause and these ladies are saying it out loud. Wow.

Beginning 2-3 years ago I was miserable and had no idea of what I was dealing with and felt no one understood. I started researching perimenopause and what it meant and found nothing; now more conversations are being held, thank God. I felt so disconnected from reality sometimes, just pain and misery.

Sister Halle, should be in this group. A wise woman once said to me "Menopause is the state of you back into a little girl state reconnecting with God on a more advance level" That statement helps me think less about what's happening with my body and more on my spiritual and divine journey and reconnection to God.

I started my menopause journey when I was 47. I had pretty intense hot flashes, and I had a terrible time sleeping at night. Then, at 51, my periods stopped. The things that have helped me are vaginal Estrdiol cream and progesterone. I am now 53, and the hot flashes are starting to diminish. I find it just takes time to adjust. But I feel no woman should suffer with this and should go and talk to a menopausal specialist ASAP!

Thanks for sharing this! As a physician, I see too many women dismissed during this transition—you deserve so much better. What resonated deeply was the discussion about research gaps; it contributes to why many of my patients feel unheard. Here are a few key considerations: track your symptoms to identify patterns, prioritize protein in your meals (at least 30g) to stabilize your mood and energy, and consider magnesium glycinate for sleep and anxiety relief. Your brain fog, mood swings, and fatigue aren't "just aging"—they're hormonal changes with real solutions. I hope we continue to create more awareness.

I was wholly unprepared for menopause and now tell everyone with ears about it, like a new favorite hobby. When asked, "How are you?" my standard response is "Menopausal! How are you?"<br><br>Have noticed most women, and a lot of men, are sooooo eager to talk about it.
