  I think Tom Holland is by far the fittest of all the actors in the MCU. His background is dance, and he's able to do all sorts of flips and jumps without actually needing wires for the realistic stuff. Most the actors get bulked up and are strong, but not like him.

  Honestly Chadwick is amazing! The fact he was doing all that training when he was sick is something else, like seriously that man fought so hard for what he wanted in life.

  The juice also helps. You cannot put on this kinda muscle in such a short amount of time without it.

  I&apos;ve been on a training journey myself. For the past two months, I&apos;ve trained 5-6 times a week, for two hours a day. I&apos;m not stopping, but the transformation is very satisfying. I went from having little to no muslce (kinda like Tom Holland in the thumbnail) to being very lean and decently built. <br><br>If you&apos;re thinking about going on this journey, believe me, it&apos;s not easy, but anyone can do it. It takes motovation and hard work, but you can and you will.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsFkJrWNEHE&amp;t=337">5:37</a> not trying to downplay what brie larson has accomplished and her amount of hardwork put in, but just to clarify, that is not a one arm pull-up. i dont exactly know what its called but this version of a pullup is definitely harder than a normal pullup and a one arm pullup is way way way harder. again, im not trying to criticise anyone.

  It&apos;s not easy to constantly transform your body... Well it&apos;s not easy to transform it once, but I think I have reached my goal. I started my own transformation about a year ago. I got a diet plan from Next Level Diet and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 90lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I&apos;m feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath 😀
