Hi team! 💜 Hopefully these tracker ideas can help you monitor your goal progress and encourage you to keep going 💪
All the materials and resources I used to make the layouts can be found in the description box, but I wanted to call out the mini-calendar printables in particular. If you wanted to nab those free printables for yourself (and access a bunch of other journaling-related goodies) jump over to https://mail.jashii.com/resources 🥳

Something I realized recently (while I was at the doctor) is that you have totally influenced my long term planning. When it comes to stuff relating to appointments, health goals or planning out my writing goals, I've been measuring my progress by the quarter now. While I'm not exactly as detailed when it comes to quarterly planning, measuring time by quarters has helped out a lot! So thank you for introducing me to quarterly planning, Jess!

I love how much detail is in this specific layout. And the purple table is such a vibe

this type of video is one of my favourite of yours! I have so many ideas in my head about things I want to track and do with my journal, but I struggle with visualizing how it will look on the page! Your examples and visual ideas are so helpful! thank you so much! :))
