  The best thing about your farm is the military outpost - have you introduced yourselves to them? You need them to be your friends. Offer smart or globe an easement to build a tower, it might take a couple years but it's a start. I thought you had more coconuts planted a while back. Did you jump the gun with planting before planning?

  if have a stream or a water fall somewhere in your property you might  want to consider a ram pump.

I was looking a farm land too and visited Barangay Gatuslao, Candoni. Like both of you, I sm looking a farm land for retirement.<br><br>We are too living in Singapore since 2005 until now, 2026. Likewise, been outside the Philippines since 1996: KSA and Kuwait before moving to Sg.<br><br>Honestly, I need to ask from both of you- NPA issue in Candoni.
