  I first went to France in  1961, went there on holidays, and lived there for five years in the 1990s. Every time I go back, I notice how the language is evolving, perhaps even more than my awareness of how English has evolved over the same time.

  I am an elderly woman who took four years of French in high school and a year in college.  I recently decided I wanted to refresh it and was going to try to find a class somewhere near me.  Since discovering you, I don't need to.  You are wonderful!   I can't wait to watch more of your videos.

  Love this. I still don’t understand a lot of what the French are saying despite passing B1 because we are taught text book French. I can read and write rather well but when people speak (usually fast) ooh la la, I get lost sometimes. I don’t know the phrases in colloquial French because they don’t teach us.

  I French speaking Switzerland, we sometimes think of this as just the latest fashion that french people parrot. Watch this video in 5 years time, and most will be old fashioned.
