honestly the game not giving you an achievement for taking the manbreaker makes sense--it rewards you for trying to help others (even if it doesn't work out) but not for refusing to accept help. i think he didn't die, he just moved out, and the game is a representation of him trying to live life on his own. it's hard, and painful, and often embarrassing, but every failure makes you better at handling the next one and brings you closer to becoming a person who you can enjoy being. 10/10 message honestly

It’s funny how accurately the game captured the feeling of being completely incompetent and uncoordinated.

The fact that you have him wearing a fancy bowl on his head as he drinks soup out of a boot is masterclass.

If you told prisoners they'd be released if they can complete this game fully it would probably be logged in the Geneva Convention as cruel and unusual torture

A lot of people say the game is purgatory, but I think its actually a metaphor. Consider the cuts to Nathan's room:
- The first cut shows a vacuum, trash thrown away, and his bong on a shelf
- The second shows moving boxes, with his bong sticking out.
- The third is the room repurposed.

If you consider the timing of when each scene is shown, its showing that in real life he has started taking care of his space and getting out of the house more, recognizing that he doesn't want to keep living like he has been in the basement and moving out, and ultimately moving in with someone else (presumably the real-life counterpart to "Moose").

Has anyone noticed some of the Pinocchio references such as the donkey headed hedonists and the ‘fedora’?

Theory: He actually died on that couch and went to purgatory.

Has anyone noticed that as the game progresses, Nathan's social skills get better? He even speaks more coherently.

the fact that the creator was still chuckling after what had to be his 500th fall …made me want to subscribe. he deserves it. hes suffering for our amusement. my console and controller wouldve been smashed so thoroughly they could be sifted through a fine mesh screen.
