Getting an Uni & Ikura gunkan for $2.20 at Hama-Sushi is literally unheard of here in the States. Thanks for proving you don't need to drop omakase money to eat like absolute royalty in Japan.

Yoshinoya is 50% pure fat/50% beef. I once separated the fat out of the beef, and it was half fat, half beef. It is delicious when the dish is hot so you will not notice the really high amount of pure fat.
