  Can&apos;t go wrong in SEA, especially Cambodia. The people, culture, and land are beautiful ! Crime is low when compared to south america and europe. Folks are welcoming and friendly. Lodging and meals are super affordable.

  I was there back in 2004. &nbsp;It was so surreal. &nbsp;I’ve been all over Asia. &nbsp;Lived in Asia. &nbsp;In different countries. &nbsp;But this place was just surreal. &nbsp;At night it changes into a different city. &nbsp;I went to the Foreign Correspondents Club there. &nbsp;That was cool. &nbsp;I then took a six hour bus ride to Siem Reap. &nbsp;The bus stopped a few times so some could eat some snacks. &nbsp;Those snacks were fried bugs! &nbsp;Angkor Wat was amazing. &nbsp;I stayed there for six days. &nbsp;Felt like I was Indiana Jones!

  That sauce it&apos;s easy to make all you need is garlic hot chili peppers 🌶️ as you prefer (optional ) white or brown sugar ur choice ,fish sauce ,white vinegar or rice vinegar or fresh squeeze lemon / lime and room temperature or cool boiled water ! <br>Next how to combine &nbsp;the sauce <br>Chop or mince 2-3 gloves of garlic &amp; 2-3 hot chili pepper together put it in the bowl or something <br>- 1cup of vinegar <br>- 1cup of fish sauce <br>- 2 cup of sugar ( less or more suitable for your taste ) <br>- 4 cup of water combined everything together until everything dissolve ..! That it u cant store it the jar or bottle put inside the fridge and enjoy later .. .! In Cambodian we do enjoy dipping almost with everything.! ... hope you liked it 👏🏻
