This is the definition of Mass with Class. Two Mr Olympia's who are more humble than some div who won a regional weight class with three people in it.

Fantastic interview. I've met Samson a couple of times and he is genuinely the nicest man and Mel is wonderful as well. He's the normal person's champ.

So glad this interview happened. Now the critics know exactly why Dauda didn't hire a "professional coach," his wife IS a professional coach. And the talk about him putting on size was perfectly put to rest by Dauda. Watching this sport and having competed, putting on size becomes inevitable for a grand majority of us that need to stay competitive.

Great interview.

In another note, Suki, some of us recognize your great character as you take the same energy you have on Fouad's (who's also, I believe, of great character) show and brought it to Flex's cast.

To Flex, you're a great champion and human being. Your interview segments are reflective and philosophical.

It's great that casts that aren't after negative click bait are on the front lines.
