Good video. Question after 1.d4, Nf6 2.Bg5, d5 3.Nd2, Nd7 why can’t white play 4.f4 immediately to control e5 (and to control g5 in case Black tries to chase away our bishop with h6-g5? Seems that by going 4.f4 we get into our desired set up more easily.

Every single time I get the opportunity to play this, they just move the knight to E4 and attack the Bishop. You have to watch the last segment to see how to respond to this, but it means all the opening prep is flushed!
