The first woman, ugh LOVE that she straight up talked about pooping lol. Can't stress enough how much actually feeling free to poop it out helps me so much internally 😅😂😂😂 <br>I used to feel so ashamed of it growing up, suppress it, whatever. When I'm in my room alone, im just a mess farting, zero f***s given lmao <br>I step out looking and feeling like a radiant princess 😌👑

I’m on a weight loss journey, the weight loss has encouraged me to dress better, wear my hair in nicer styles, and smile more, and I definitely do take care of my skin, it’s all helped so much. People definitely notice!!
