  That ULBC jacket is one of the best I've ever worn, including Simms, Orvis and Patagonia.  Brilliant in the summer.   So light, it's like you've nothing on.

  Hands down Tellis Katsogiannos and Travis Johnson are the two best spey casters in my roster 💪 With all due respect to a bunch of all other great spey casters worldwide 😇

  Very nice presentation, pleasant , modest guy (as many of the best ones are)....underhand casting as a way to get to the fish as effortlessly as possible...and most importantly, not to get intimidated with full sinking heads 👍

  Hello Tellis,<br>excellent demo! Well put casting key elements and lots of useful fishing strategies. 👌<br><br>Roly Poly to me is not about more speed in the first place (for that the distance per pull is too short), but changing the movement pattern into a closer to constant moving one. Usually we have: move, slowing, move, slowing. Roly Poly is move, move, move, move.<br>About speed I measured all different retrieving techniques and Roly Poly is not among the fastes ones.<br>Cheers<br>Bernd

  Hi Tellis. This was very useful video. I was just wondering what kind of shooting heads you had in this video? Would it be much more difficult if ususing kongressi Spey lines?

  Great video it was &nbsp;very informative . I took up two handed casting in 2014 mostly fishing in Alaska for salmon and now 90% is trout Spey and some steelhead . What you say holds true no matter what your fishing for, &nbsp;typically I’m fishing fast flowing ( relatively) and using Skagit short heads and most of the time with sink tips to keep the fly in the zone . But no matter what , what you are saying holds true and we need to adjust accordingly. Thanks for sharing you knowledge with us . Come to Montana and let’s fish :-)
