Why the chain around his neck?? He so young that he has learned to walk yet, so he can't get away. The chain is so cruel.. You're cruel people..

I have seen many commercials about animals that are mistreated in the US. I hate to see them because it upsets me so. From dogs, cats, to horses. They ask for money too. I don’t about where they are at but, in the US if you get caught mistreating animals you get a very large fine and possible jail time. Some people cannot ever own animals again. There are some people not made to be parents. From human babies to animals. I’m an animal lover and have rescued a few.
