¡Qué tiro de documental, carnal! Esa transición de marea baja a marea alta parece un infierno fisiológico. Lo que pocos topan sobre los peces de poza intermareal (como los blénidos o gobios) es que cuando baja el agua enfrentan hipoxia extrema y evaporación salina. Para aguantar horas al sol, pueden respirar directamente por la piel vascularizada y ralentizan su tasa metabólica a la mitad, además de excretar urea por las branquias para no intoxicarse con amonio mientras vuelve a subir el mar. ¡Puro aguante biológico! 🐟
