  My favorite thing to do is bouldering, but I had a rotator cuff injury climbing it’s been almost 6 months still hasn’t healed 😔. But you should give it a try ! It’s been my best therapy aside from your channel lol.

  If you are having issues with anxiety (especially issues with it being crippling/worsening or your mood feeling fragile) you should probably see a therapist just to talk about things and try to find the source of your anxiety so you can work on it. Going to the gym and doing healthy things will make you feel better but if there&apos;s no &quot;reason&quot; for you to be anxious or it&apos;s something you&apos;ve always had issues with and struggled with then there&apos;s something causing it that you need to explore and come to terms with.<br><br>Also I was 6ft 3.5in and only 150lbs in college so don&apos;t feel bad about your weight. 😂
