  nearly 10 ft tall and athletic? It's the absolute upper limit of the inverse cube law. From bones to blood pressure. Just imagine, you would have a thin frame but still weigh 1/2 a ton. It's why elephants and dinosaurs look like they do. I think to achieve this, we'd no longer be biologically a human.

  Between 9 and ten feet tall ? Robert Wadlow 8'11.1" was the tallest man to live in RECORDED history with UNDENIABLE proof ! With a wing span of 9'5" from finger tip to finger tip . His dad was 5'11 . He weighed 439 # and died at age 22 on July 15 1940 .

  I wonder if Goliath's height was estimated rather than measured?  If he was 7ft tall with armour on and a huge helmet he would look massive and next to 5ft 7inch people might look even bigger.  But yeah I don't think most warriors would be scared of a 6 and a half foot Philistine Champion.

  One thing, though it is that not only do the Dead Sea Scrolls say that Goliath was  4 cubits and a span, but also some of the oldest Bibles that we have, such as the Greek Septuagint Bible, also mentions that Goliath was 4 cubits and a span, which is like 6 ft 9 in. And the Septuagint Bible is 1000 years older than the Masoretic texts that we use, that mentions that Goliath was 6 cubits and a span. Someone's strength is not really based on their height. You can be an extremely strong person using that armour and not be 9ft or over 9ft. Just because giants like the Nephilim, Anakim, Emim and Zamzummim might have been 9ft and over that does not mean Goliath was over 9ft tall. If Goliath was 9 ft 9 in, he must have been a freak of nature. I'm a martial artist, and most real tall people I fight are real skinny bastards, and I usually just push them over.

  The nephilim were all gone but who&apos;s to say they weren&apos;t closer to the influenced gene pool back then. &nbsp;<br>I say closer to 10 feet is spot on. &nbsp;<br>Ten foot tall and bullet proof, well maybe not a sling shot so much. &nbsp;What a specimen it must have been to behold.

  Think &nbsp;of Angus over 7ft and did suffere like most , he was a true giant and back then the Naphellen blood was still pure so Gollaith was from their blood line so the last of a dying line and Angus could be from that family red hair

  Also height isn’t everything, body mass counts too, for example a 6,4 normally built American man is much smaller and physically weaker than a 6’4 say Samoan or Tongan man. &nbsp;So if those giants were tall and built like Samoan people …. You have a humanoid the size and strength of a large Grizzly 🐻.
