The best way to find out if a diet is working is pay attention of how you are feeling. Beauty of carnivore is simplicity

Although I am MD( carnivore), in this case I don't understand , why everyone is so fixated to lab works and reference ranges, which were created by analysing blood samples of "healthy "population eating completely different diet.... Especially as for lipid profile and some vitamins and minerals

I think maybe people really overthink this shit honestly.
Another thing to consider is who sets these value number ranges and their "science" behind such numbers they have deternined to be normal.

I eat Carnivore 6 days a week, then allow dinner to be a "cheat meal" on the 7th. (I'm a widower, dont want to bore my dates about food, and it's a healthy way to eat, not a relgion.) I went from 410 pounds down to 183. My A1C dropped from 11 to 4.9, and my fasting BG usually stays 80 to 89.

My MD said to stop taking iodine(!!). My iodine level was up to 800(!!). But then, my hair started falling out again. So, I started taking the iodine again. I went for blood tests and was nervous to see what my TSH levels would be, given all that iodine. Lo, and behold, my TSH level was the only result that indicated "Excellent(!!)". Funny how everyone is so different.

You’re making the wrong conclusions on your iodine levels. Those “reference ranges” were created by sampling people who were severely iodine deficient.

Sunlight exposure has a lot more benefits than just facilitating the biosynthesis of "vitamin D" in the human skin, meaning that oral intake of "vitamin D" is not necessarily an adequate replacement for getting outdoors.

A comment about the ferritin; ferritin can be used as a marker of iron status, but it’s actually commonly used as a marker of inflammation. In fact, the holistic doctors I’ve gone to have used the ferritin test solely as a marker of inflammation (as I definitely had evident inflammation issues). Even on a SAD diet, I had elevated ferritin levels. I wasn’t eating all that much meat at the time. A quick internet search will bring up articles with explanations as to why. Just some food for thought.
