  You did well with this, l have had a house in the Medina for almost 25 years, it was a ruin and l paid 80,000 Dh, it was never a building project because it was a dream, my wife is still very much younger than me, she never caught me up. The house is now transferred to our only Daughter who is 22 now, and was valued at 40 million Dh for tax purpose, on a good day a leading estate agent thought he could push for 50 million, it has never been in our thoughts to sell as my wife works in 2 of the 9 bedrooms. For some years Morocco has become quieter, it is not a cheap holiday for tourists and in many cases prices are much higher than Europe. Many will say the opposite, but a glance at property prices will be enough to tell you that the market is similar to London or Mumbai.

Also the place which served you coffee &amp; described the process, was it instant or ground given to you?<br>I was happy to hear English was widely spoken, but there seemed to be too many tourists around; how dare they take up your restaurant seats?! 🤣<br>I&apos;d love to try their hot beverages &amp; I found it amusing that they thought you were Northerners!<br>The drinks price guide you showed us at around <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipm1Y_jWZN4&amp;t=455">07:35</a>, was that at a more upscale venue which accounted for dearer prices?<br>Have a wonderful weekend my friends 🤗
