  This talk is very precious for me. I have watched quite a few videos of Francis&apos;s teaching but this is the first time I think I could properly understand the message he repeatedly tried to convey to everyone. He didn&apos;t try to convince anyone anything but only invited everyone to allow for the possibilty of nondual viewpoints and the inseparateness of conciousness, and then to live one&apos;s life in accordance with that possibility and observe the result in one&apos;s life. His answer to an 11-year-old boy is also lovely and very invaluable. Thank you Simeon for your excellent questions and thank you Francis for your compassionate and untiring efforts in answering.

  This was one of the best talks, Simeon, thank you! Not in terms of &quot;enjoyment&quot; (for me) - less of a &quot;wow&quot; reaction than with some other videos, but this one&apos;s very useful in terms of how much insight/deeper understanding (or rather seeing) this has caused for me.

  The entirity of life is like you&apos;re swimming in an ocean, and you try to find things to stay afloat, or maybe you&apos;re having fun swimming (or suffering from drowning), but there are lifeguards (Buddha, Jesus, Sri Ramakrishna, etc.) who tell you &quot;Hey! You can just stand up, because the sand is right beneath your feet across this entire ocean&quot;<br><br>This is why we all already have what we need, and it doesn&apos;t matter what message eventually causes us to get it and to start trying to stand up where we are in this metaphorical ocean<br><br>The point is to do the practices until you can feel the sand that&apos;s under the whole ocean<br><br>Then you realise that EVERY living creature is ultimately safe, and one day or another, we&apos;ll all come to realise that the sand was under our feet the whole time

  Teachers appear because there are &quot;students&quot; who are genuinely seeking to understand this experience we call &quot;life&quot;, especially the aspects that feel like &quot;suffering&quot;. We turn to those who provide explanations and &quot;answers&quot; that resonate and show a way beyond the suffering. It is inherent in the true perfection of True Reality. Thank you Francis, for being one of my teachers.
