  As an actual paramedic (years ago though), this is hilarious! The most accurate thing you did was question where the police are, LOL! They seemed to never be on scene when we needed them. Drivers never pull over correctly, so you spend time at every intersection honking and blasting the air horn to get them to pay attention and move. "Parting the seas" is more of a dream that never happens, lol. Dispatch doesn't usually give you the address over the radio because it is sent on the computer terminals, or at least it was for our county. Firemen were probably in the building; they will pull out patients and bring them to us then run back inside like the true crazy heros they are. Lining up the stretcher is actually annoying in real-life too! It hooks onto the back of the ambulance, and then you can retract the wheels. It has to be perfectly in line or else it won't attach. Couldn't tell you the number of times I had to re-adjust... literally, that would be a crazy high number. The worst part of being a medic, in my opinion of course, is charting!!! This game didn't make you chart, so you got off easy! LOL!!!! Busy day with back-to-back calls and you need to remember every vital, every med, every detail of all your patients so you can sit there for hours after your shift and document it all... fun times... ;)  I will say, this game looks like a fun training tool though; especially in the beginning of school when you are thrown so much information it makes your head spin.
