Powell was NOT THE MASTERMIND behind the FTX Heist. He was a pawn used by ransomware groups as he Sim-Swapped as a service for European based groups that won't fly to America to visit AT&T Stores (and also aren't stupid enough to get caught on CCTV simming). The pattern of which the funds were moved doesn't match how he would usually launder money. <br><br>This also explains why he wouldn't stop SIM-Swapping, he didn't steal $400M he just got a small piece of it. He had to keep working. The real criminals are still out there. The funds are still moving even after his arrest
